Welcome to the LBCC IT Help Desk -- our new centralized, single point of contact for all technology services. We offer several alternatives to get help for all your technology needs.

You can Login to the Ticketsystem with your network account to view your services request's status, history, and assignment. You can also create worklogs, upload supporting documents, and even cancel your own request.
You can create a ticket request using the LBCC Ticket System by selecting one of the departments and services below.
